Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Welcome to G. March Design! We value our retail partners and look forward to building lasting relationships while sharing products that inspire creativity and the joy of needlepoint.

Wholesale Eligibility

Our wholesale program is intended for qualifying brick-and-mortar retailers.

Approved retailers may sell G. March Design products in their physical stores and on their own independently operated retail websites.

Resale through third-party marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, and eBay, requires prior written authorization from G. March Design.

All wholesale accounts are subject to approval and may require business and resale documentation.

Needlepoint Greeting Card Kits

Each kit includes:

• One 5" × 7" 18-count needlepoint canvas featuring an original 4" × 6" design

• Coordinating greeting card and envelope

• 5" × 7" stretcher bars and brass tacks

• Needle

• Instructions with color-reference swatches and QR access to additional stitching resources

• Hanging retail packaging

Threads are intentionally not included, allowing customers to choose their preferred fibers and giving our retail partners an opportunity to offer coordinating threads.

Wholesale Pricing & Orders

Our Needlepoint Greeting Card Kits are $47.50 wholesale, with a suggested retail price of $94.99.

Opening orders require a minimum of 10 kits, with the freedom to mix and match designs. There is no minimum quantity for subsequent orders.

Opening orders are reviewed before payment is requested. Payment in full is required for all orders, using our secure online payment process.

Shipping

As a special welcome, we're pleased to offer complimentary standard ground shipping on your first wholesale order within the contiguous United States.

Shipping on subsequent orders is calculated at checkout, with complimentary shipping available when qualifying promotional requirements are met. Shipping offers and requirements may change from time to time.

Wholesale Orders & Returns

At G. March Design, we value our retail partners and the relationships we build with them. Each wholesale order is carefully prepared with that commitment in mind.

As our products are purchased wholesale for resale, we are unable to accommodate returns of merchandise that remains unsold.

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery, and we'll be happy to help make it right.
